This neighborhood is developed in a "village" concept including thirteen cul-de-sac streets, each with a center greenbelt/park. There are also several parkway streets. These greenbelt areas are the primary amenity of the neighborhood and offer a great place for neighbors to gather and for children to safely play. Each street offers a serene sitting area with mature trees and attractive landscaping.

Quarterly Assessments: $75.00 due dates are January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.

Pool/Park Memberships: Homeowners of Valley Creek No. 5 are eligible to purchase a limited annual membership to the Valley Creek North pool/park facility at a cost of $250.00 per year. This is separate from their regular annual assessments.
