Location: Valley Creek No. 1 is located between Firewheel Parkway, Valley Creek Drive, Briarbrook Lane and Pleasant Valley Drive. This association was Phase I of development of the Villages of Valley Creek. This neighborhood is developed in a "village" concept including nine cul-de-sac streets, each with a center greenbelt/park. There are also several parkway streets. These greenbelt areas are the primary amenity of the neighborhood and offer a great place for neighbors to gather and for children to safely play. Each street offers a serene sitting area with mature trees and attractive landscaping.

Construction will begin in early 2014 to install a playground and playing field to the neighborhood.


Semi-Annual Assessments: $140.00 due on March 1st and September 1st. Penalties are assessed for delinquent assessments on the 20th of the month they are due.

Annual Meeting of the Members: The annual meeting occurs on the 1st Thursday of May each year and is held on the cul-de-sac of Oak Creek Court.
 

Pool/Park Memberships: Members of Valley Creek No. 1 are eligible to purchase a limited annual membership to the Valley Creek North pool/park facility at a cost of $250.00 per year.
