PAY YOUR HOA

HOA ASSESSMENT PAYMENT METHODS

Our New Resident Portal Has Arrived
Village Association Management is always looking for new ways to enhance the services provided to your community.  With this in mind, we have created a website for your Association that provides a resident portal where you may pay your dues and view your payment details.  This feature will require you to register and set your password. Please go to https://vam.cincwebaxis.com to access the Landing Page. You will find instructions there and a Sign In button at the top of the page. Choose 'Create Account' and fill out the registration form. Once your registration is accepted you will receive and email with a link to set your password. Please access this link to reset your password as soon as possible, as it will expire within 5 days of the date of the email.  If you miss the 5-day deadline, you may go directly to https://vam.cincwebaxis.com and click “Forgot Password”.  A new password link will be emailed to you, which will also expire within 5 days.  Once you reset your password, you may log in to your website using your email address and your new password.

We are excited to introduce our new website to you and look forward to adding additional enhancements in the future.

Your account number is located on your assessment notice. If you do not have that, please contact us to request the information.

OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payments Directly to Lockbox by Bank Draft, Credit or Debit Card:
All HOA Assessments and fees paid by credit card will incur a "Transaction Fee" to offset the expenses incurred by the association to accept card payments.
1. Follow this link to the lockbox provided by the HOAs bank https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home?cmcid=5CE1B6C2
2. Set-up your account for one-time or recurring payments from your checking or savings account. This will be an EFT.
4. Email us for a payment link to make payment by credit card or bank card over the Intuit Payment Network.

Payment by Personal CheckUse the courtesy return envelope that was included in your assessment notice to remit by personal check. You may pay the full amount or send a partial payment monthly as long as the assessment will be paid in full by its due date. Please include property addresses and/or your HOA account number(s) in the memo field of all checks for proper application of payments. The payee should be the name of the HOA in which your property is located.

Online Bill Payment at your own bank - This is a very secure method of payment. The check created by the online bill payment service at your own bank usually does not include your bank account or routing information. If a payment is lost in the mail, the service will replace the payment without the need for your to process a stop pay at your bank. Your bank will mail a check. This will not be an electronic funds transfer. Set up your HOA as a payee in your own bank's online bill payment service. Type your account number in the memo field. The payee should be the name of the HOA in which your property is located.  The address mailing address is P.O. Box 460057, Garland, TX 75046-0057.  Schedule the payment to arrive before the tenth (10th) of each assessment month.
