About Us: Valley Creek North is a community of 348 homes. The boundary streets are Mars Drive, Valley Creek Drive, Briarbrook Lane, Creek Meadow Lane & Pleasant Valley Road. Amenities include a swimming pool, pavilion, sand volleyball court, playground with swing sets and climbing structures, picnic tables and charcoal grills, and an open area for sports enjoyment. These amenities belong to Valley Creek North HOA members and are exclusively for use by members and their guests.
Semi-annual assessments:
