Valley Creek North contains 348 homes. The boundary streets of Valley Creek North are Mars Drive, Valley Creek Drive, Briarbrook Lane, Creek Meadow Lane & Pleasant Valley Road.
Amenities include a swimming pool, pavilion, sand volleyball court, playground with swing sets and climbing structures, picnic tables and charcoal grills, and an open area for sports enjoyment. These amenities belong to Valley Creek North HOA members and are exclusively for use by members and their guests.

The 1st Recall of the Special Meeting of the Members will be on Monday, 2/8/2010 @ 7:00 PM. This is a recall of the first meeting that was called on Tuesday, December 29th @ 7:00 PM @ the GISD Special Events Center on Naaman School Road (next door to Naaman Forrest High School). There were not enough members present in person or by proxy to establish quorum for that meeting.

Valley Creek North had split management services for the past three years. The board of directors determined it to be in the best interest of the Association to consolidate management under one full-service management company. This was effective as of 1/1/2010.
Semi-annual assessments are due on the 1st of January and the 1st of July each year.
