Valley Creek No. 1 is located between Firewheel Parkway, Valley Creek Drive, Briarbrook Lane and Pleasant Valley Drive.
Valley Creek No. 1 was Phase I of development of the Villages of Valley Creek. It is comprised of nine cul-de-sac streets with center greenbelts and four parkway streets. These greenbelts offer a safe haven for all neighbors to gather and for children to play. Each street offers a serene sitting area with mature trees and attractive landscaping.
Valley Creek No. 1 assessments are due on March 1st and September 1st.
Penalties are assessed for delinquent assessments on the 20th of the month they are due.
