If you have lost or discarded your key, please contact the community manager to request a replacement. There is a $5.00 charge for replacement keys.
The clubhouse is available for rentals by members only. The rental fee is $50.00 for 24 hours. No overnight parties or visitors are allowed. Please contact the community manager to reserve the facility. There is a $200.00 security deposit in addition to the $50.00 rental fee.
The clubhouse is not available for rental when the pool is closed. Pool season is from May1st through September 30th.
