Valley Creek No. 5 is located between Firewheel Parkway, Mars Drive and Valley Creek Drive just a minute or two away from the beautiful Firewheel Town Center and other Firewheel corridor retail areas.

This is an association of 225 homes developed in the village concept.  The neighborhood contains thirteen cul-de-sac streets, each with a center greenbelt/park.  There are also several parkway streets.  These greenbelt areas are the primary amenity of the neighborhood and offer a great place for children to safely play.  Each greenbelt has a sitting area and adds an atmosphere of serenity to the neighborhood.

Valley Creek No 5 initiated management services with Village Association Management on April 1, 2008.  Assessments are paid quarterly. 

Assessment due dates are January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
