This is an association of 225 homes developed in the village concept. The neighborhood contains thirteen cul-de-sac streets, each with a center greenbelt/park. There are also several parkway streets. These greenbelt areas are the primary amenity of the neighborhood and offer a great place for children to safely play. Each greenbelt has a sitting area and adds an atmosphere of serenity to the neighborhood.
Valley Creek No 5 initiated management services with Village Association Management on April 1, 2008. Assessments are paid quarterly.
Assessment due dates are January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
