Park North is located near the intersection of Shiloh Road and Buckingham Road just minutes from the Bush Turnpike (Hwy 190). It is situated directly across from Holford Park. The HOA includes two distinctive areas: "Townhomes" and "Patiohomes".
Townhomes are attached, single-family units that back up to an open field with mature trees and landscaping provided by the HOA.
Patiohomes are single-family houses with detached garages and alley entrances. The lots and common areas have mature trees that offer a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

Assessments are due monthly by the 10th and vary based on the type of lot.

Please set up your payments automatically through your bank account so that they arrive by the 10th to avoid penalties. This HOA does not use a lockbox or coupon book payment system. Monthly statements are only sent for delinquent assessments.
