Park North Homeowner Association
Park North is located near the intersection of Shiloh Road and Buckingham Road just minutes from Bush Turnpike (Hwy 190). It is situated directly across from Holford Park. The HOA includes two distinctive areas; "Townhomes" and "Patiohomes".
- Townhomes are attached, single-family units that back up to an open field with mature trees and landscaping provided by the HOA.
- Patiohomes are single-family houses with detached garages and alley entrances. The lots and common areas have mature trees that offer a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.
- Neighborhood amenities: clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis court, and green space. The clubhouse is available to members for parties. Please use the "Contact Us" form to request access. Rental Fee: $50.00 + $200.00 security deposit that is refundable per contract provisions.

2012 Monthly Dues will remain the same:
- "Patiohomes" $47.00 per month
- "Townhomes" $102.00 per month
Please set up payments automatically through your bank account to arrive by the 10th to avoid penalties. In an effort to reduce administrative costs, PNHA does not mail monthly statements unless dues are delinquent.
